Art Without Limits. Guidance Without Barriers.
ArtElevate is more than a platform—it’s a movement. Supported by the Creative Europe program, ArtElevate empowers artists with intellectual disabilities to thrive creatively and professionally within Europe’s cultural sector.
Our mission is to elevate marginalized voices and bridge the gap between creative talent and opportunity. We provide an innovative digital space for expression, mentorship, and visibility—where artists can showcase visual, performing, and media arts, while professional artists can become trained mentors, building inclusive artistic relationships.
ArtElevate integrates the values of the New European Bauhaus—aesthetics, sustainability, and inclusivity—by embracing digital tools that reduce the need for travel, promote environmental responsibility, and expand access to the arts. This aligns with the goals of the European Green Deal and reflects our commitment to eco-conscious cultural practices.
A future where creativity knows no limits and every artist—regardless of ability—has a place, a platform, and a voice in shaping Europe’s cultural narrative.
Our virtual hub hosts exhibitions, artist profiles, collaborative spaces, and e-learning resources. It’s a place to learn, connect, create, and celebrate.
Through our MentorArts e-learning program, professional artists gain tools to support inclusive artistic development—blending empathy, adaptability, and creativity.
In Slovenia, Italy, and Denmark, local workshops unite mentors and artists with disabilities to co-create art across disciplines—from visual arts to performance and film.
ArtElevate brings artworks into the public eye through digital galleries, physical showcases, and cultural partnerships with institutions across Europe.
Beyond exhibitions and training, ArtElevate is committed to driving policy change that promotes accessibility and diversity in the arts. By engaging with cultural policymakers and institutions, the project works towards long-term inclusion of artists with disabilities in the professional art scene.
Despite policy strides, artists with intellectual disabilities remain underrepresented in mainstream arts. ArtElevate addresses this gap with tangible solutions: training, platforms, partnerships, and advocacy. It’s not just about art—it’s about transformation, recognition, and rights.
